• Use the final designs (after customization) for digital or printed marketing materials.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or gift any original or modified Polished Palette, Co. design files.

• Claim any product or template as your own original design.

• Recreate or replicate any Polished Palette, Co. design for resale or commercial redistribution.
   

3. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically through a download link after payment is completed. You are responsible for saving and backing up your purchased files.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

5. Custom Design Projects
For clients booking custom design services, project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate client agreement. All custom work remains the intellectual property of Polished Palette, Co. until full payment is received.

Any brand materials shared with Polished Palette, Co. — including logos, color palettes, or other proprietary assets — will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon design project.
